THE PAR-Q and GOAL SETTING MEETING
During the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire portion of the meeting, we review your medical history, collect baseline measurements for strength and balance, and conduct a movement screening. During the goal setting portion we establish timelines and discuss any possible roadblocks that you may encounter while reaching your goals.
PROGRAM DESIGN & EXECUTION MEETING
Your custom training program is specifically designed for you based on the results of the PAR-Q and Goal setting meeting. In this meeting I teach you how to execute your custom program using the TrueCoach app.
WEEKLY OR BIWEEKLY VIRTUAL COACHING SESSIONS
Stay accountable, motivated and on track to reach your goals during weekly or biweekly virtual coaching sessions. During these meetings we will discuss your progress, answer any questions you may have, and coach you through your program.
